PLANNING ACTIVITY MINISTRY (PAM)
The “PFF PAM” consists of members of the individual church ministries and is responsible for all church events and activities. They take over their planning and organization and implement them under the existing guidelines.
USHER
Ushers at PFF will serve you as team ito create a “welcoming” atmosphere. Our purpose for inviting you as our guests is to “Come to Connect” so that you can “Stay to Belong.”
Our duties include disseminating information, such as event flyers, seeing that people are seated and doing whatever tasks are necessary to see that the Church Services flow in an orderly and productive manner.
“…I’d rather be a door keeper in the House of my God, than dwell in the tents of wickedness” (Psalm 84:10)

CARE & COMPASSION
As Christians, we know that benevolence is more than a simple act of kindness; it is the work of Christ. We are taught that it is more blessed to give than to receive, and we are called by Christ to serve others – to love our brother as Christ loved us. We pray that we will see people with a need as Jesus would see them. We pray for the Lord to open our eyes to the hurt in the world, for God to use us to do His work and for those that are in need to see Christ in us.
James 2:15-16 stresses the importance of helping a fellow Christian in need. “Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it?”
And Galatians 6:10 says, “Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.”
There are times when we are called to love, expecting nothing in return – times when we are called to give, never expecting even a word of thanks. This call is Christian service prompted by duty … this is the call of discipleship. The PFF Visitation Ministry is designed to help needy or hurting people in the congregation and community.
