Pastor Frank James Williams Jr. was born on July 10, 1961 in Houston Texas and is the son of Frank James Williams Sr. and Joyce Ann Williams. He met his wife, Marina, in 1981 while serving in the U.S. Army in Berlin and they were married on January 4, 1983. They are proud parents of one Son; Frankie James Williams III and a terrific daughter-in-law Rokeisha. Their two granddaughters, Layla and Daje, are the loves of their lives!
Since the U.S. Military brought him back to Berlin in October of 1987 he served as Deacon and as a member of the choir in the Music Ministry in the PFF Ministry. While attending PFF, he studied Theology / Church Founding and Building at the ICI Christian University in Potsdam. Upon the departure of the Military from Berlin in 1997, and being ordained a licensed Minister, he took over the leadership of the PFF Ministry and was teaching and preaching God’s Word.

In April 1999 he founded the new Protestant Faith Fellowship – Pentecostal Church of Berlin e.V.; and in October 1999 he was consecrated as Pastor by the late Bishop George D. Lee III, of The Cathedral of the Holy Spirit at Living Word Christian Center in Augusta, Georgia.
Pastor Frank and his wife Marina are driven by a passionate commitment to see people succeed in every area of life. That passion, along with their enthusiasm, genuine love for people and effective teaching has shaped the PFF Ministry.
Professionally, Pastor Frank is employed with the U.S. Embassy.
