Pastor Frank Williams and Marina Williams have been leading PFF since 1999 and continue to do so with dedication and faith in the Lord.
Pastor Frank James Williams Jr. was born on July 10,1961. He is a native of Houston, Texas and the son of Frank and Joyce Williams. Pastor Williams has been married to Marina Williams since January 4, 1983 and they have one Son, Frankie James Williams III. He has been a resident of Berlin, Germany since October 1987.

Pastor Williams studied Theology / Church Founding and Building at the ICI Christian University in Potsdam
He was consecrated as Pastor of PFF in October 1999 by the late Bishop George D. Lee III, of The Cathedral of the Holy Spirit at Living Word Christian Center in Augusta, Georgia. Pastor Williams is under the covering of the Cathedral at Chapel Hill of Atlanta, Georgia under the covering of Archbishop Earl Paulk . Prior to serving as pastor, he served as a Deacon for 4 years and as a licensed and ordained Minister at Protestant Faith Fellowship-Pentecostal Church of Berlin.
Pastor Williams received the Word of salvation and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Saviour in 1983 and was baptized with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues under the leadership of Overseer R.L. Brazil at Lord Jesus Christ Holiness Church in Houston Texas. Upon the departure of the Military from Berlin and being ordained a Deacon he was responsible for teaching and preaching God’s Word.
Pastor Williams has provided ministry at the Berlin International Forum Ministry, The International Prayer Fellowship Ministry and other Ministries throughout Berlin.
Pastor Williams has conducted the following services of ministry:
Conducting Newcomer’s Orientations; teaching the Word of God through structured bible study and special subject teachings ; preaching the Word of God (1999-present); conducting Baptism classes and ceremonies; organizing and conducting men’s Day Sundays and seminars, organizing marriage seminars and conducting pre-marriage counseling, conducting prayer meetings; providing missionary/ministry.
Professionally, Pastor Williams is currently employed with the U.S. Embassy. His motto for pastorship can be found in 1 Cor 9:16-17:
Yet when I preach the gospel, I cannot boast, for I am compelled to preach. Woe to me if I do not preach the gospel! If I preach voluntarily, I have a reward; if not voluntarily, I am simply discharging the trust committed to me.
