PFF fitness course

From now on there will be a PFF fitness course every Monday and Friday at 6 pm in the fellowship hall. If you wish to participate, please bring a blanket (e.g. yoga mat) and comfortable sports clothing. We will mainly be training and strenghtening muscles (arms, back, stomach etc.). If you have had back problems in the past, please consult your doctor before joining the training. Most excersises will concentrate on the pelvis area – we all want a flat stomach :)
